Affiliate program → Earnings records every tip tied to your referrals, including entries that did not create a reward. The reward rate, basis, scope, qualifying amount, and clearing period come from the program terms recorded for that referral.
Follow the reward lifecycle
- A referred creator receives a tip.
- WeTip checks the referral’s terms, including the qualifying amount, currency, and reward scope.
- A qualifying reward appears as Clearing while its hold period runs.
- When it clears, the reward becomes Ready and can count toward a withdrawal.
- A requested withdrawal moves eligible rewards into In a request until it is paid, cancelled, or rejected.
Why an entry can pay nothing
The reward history gives a reason for entries with no reward. Common reasons include a tip below the qualifying amount, a currency mismatch, an expired reward window, a reward scope that was already used, or a program budget limit. A reward can also be capped by a per-tip, per-creator, monthly, lifetime, budget, or platform-fee limit.
Reversed rewards
A clearing or ready reward can be reversed when the tip behind it is refunded or charged back. This keeps affiliate rewards aligned with the payment that funded them. The Earnings table identifies the reversal reason.
Check your balance
The Affiliate overview and Withdrawals page separate Clearing, Ready, In a request, and Paid amounts. Balances can be held in the currency of the underlying tips, so choose the relevant currency before requesting a withdrawal.
A reward is not available to withdraw until its clearing period ends and every payout requirement is satisfied.
