Affiliate program → Referrals lists creators who signed up with one of your promo codes. It is the best place to see whether a referral is progressing toward rewards without asking the creator for account information.
Read referral statuses
- Signed up means the creator’s referral was captured through your code.
- Qualified means the creator has completed the program’s required eligibility step.
- Earning means qualifying tips can produce rewards for that referral.
- Complete means the rewarded period has ended under the program rules.
- Rejected or expired means the referral cannot earn under the recorded terms.
The row also shows the code used, sign-up date, qualification date, number of rewarded tips, and the amount earned so far.
Why a sign-up may not earn yet
A captured referral has not necessarily qualified. The creator may still need to be approved, finish account setup, or receive a tip that meets the program’s qualifying amount. The exact reward scope can be a first tip, a limited number of tips, a time window, or ongoing tips, depending on the terms attached to that referral.
A referral is missing
First, confirm that the creator used your full promo link before signing up and that the code was active at the time. If the referral still does not appear, contact support with the code, the creator’s sign-up date, and any non-sensitive campaign details. Do not send their password, full payment data, or identity documents.
Referral attribution is recorded at sign-up. Pausing or revoking a code stops new referrals but does not remove creators already attributed to it.
