Buy and use alert themes

Find a theme in the theme store, buy it once, use it on your scenes, and find your invoices.

The theme store sells designs for your stream widgets. A theme changes how a widget looks, like your tip alert or goal bar. Some themes are free, some are paid, and a set dresses several widgets in the same style.

A theme you buy is yours for good. You can use it on every scene in your account.

Browse the store

Open Creator workspace → Theme store. Use the filters to narrow the shelves:

  • What it dresses picks the widget, such as Tip alerts, Tip goals, or Support QR.
  • Style picks a look, such as Festival, Minimal, or Esports.
  • Price shows Free or Paid themes.
  • Ownership shows themes you Owned or have Not yet owned.

Each theme card shows a preview and how many widgets it restyles. Select the preview to see it full size.

Some festival and seasonal themes are only on sale for a few weeks. Their cards show when they open or close. If you buy one while it is on sale, you keep it after it closes.

Buy a theme

  1. On the theme card, select Buy for and the price.
  2. Check the Theme price, GST, and Total. Prices include GST.
  3. Select Continue to payment and complete the payment.
  4. When you see Theme added to your account, the theme is ready to use.

This is a payment from you to WeTip. It is not a tip, so it does not count toward your goals, totals, or payouts.

If you close checkout before paying, nothing is charged.

Use a theme on a scene

Right after buying, choose a scene to open in the studio with the theme already selected, or select Create a new scene.

To use a theme later:

  1. Open Creator workspace → Studio and open a scene.
  2. Select the widget the theme is made for.
  3. Pick the theme under Theme.
  4. Publish the scene.

Free themes do not need buying. Pick them in the studio the same way.

Find your purchases and invoices

Open Creator workspace → Theme store → Purchase history to see every theme order, with its amount, status, and invoice.

Select an order to see its details. The GST invoice appears once the payment is confirmed. Until then, the invoice reads Not issued.

If something goes wrong

  • Payment received, but the theme is not there yet. Delivery can take a moment. Wait a minute and reload the store.
  • The payment did not go through. Nothing was charged. Try again.
  • We could not verify that payment. If money left your account, the payment is matched up automatically and the theme is delivered.
  • You already own that theme. Pick it in the studio instead of buying it again.

If a theme still has not arrived after a while, contact support with the order from your purchase history. If a purchase is refunded, the theme is removed from your account and scenes using it go back to their default design.
