Export your creator data

Download your transactions, settlements, and studio scenes as CSV or JSON files for your records or accountant.

A data export gives you a copy of your creator records to keep, open in a spreadsheet, or send to your accountant.

What you can export

Choose one or more of these:

  • Transactions: your tips, with their amounts, fees, and payment status.
  • Settlements: your payout statements and when each payout moved.
  • Studio: the saved setup of your studio scenes.

Every export also includes your creator profile details and tip page settings.

Create an export

  1. Open Creator workspace → Settings → Data export.
  2. Pick at least one data type.
  3. Choose a Date range: All time, Year to date, or Last 30 days.
  4. Choose a Format (see below).
  5. Request the export.

Which format to pick:

  • CSV + JSON gives you both.
  • CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and most accounting tools.
  • JSON suits developers and other software.

The export is prepared in the background, so you can leave the page. It appears under Previous requests when it is ready.

Download your files

Under Previous requests, select the file to download it.

Download your files soon. Exports expire 48 hours after they are ready. The expiry time is shown next to each request. After that, create a new export.

Large accounts

Each data type includes up to your 10,000 most recent records in the chosen date range. If you have more records than that, the oldest ones are left out. Contact support if you need a complete history.

If an export fails

If a request shows Export failed, create a new export. If it keeps failing, try fewer data types or a shorter date range, then contact support if the problem continues.
